Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rsp777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the licensed operator of the rsp777 platform accessible at rsp777.net.
• "Platform" means the rsp777 website, mobile web interface, any associated applications, and all services made available through them.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the rsp777 Platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, payment services, and any other products available on the Platform.
• "Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies held in a Player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by rsp777 for regulatory compliance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet value a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Where the context permits, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" are not exhaustive.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on rsp777, accessing the Platform in any capacity, or using any of the Services, you represent that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and rsp777.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an Account and must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with rsp777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and rsp777.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an Account with rsp777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. rsp777 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of rsp777 or any of its affiliated companies.
5. You must not have previously had an rsp777 Account closed or suspended for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on rsp777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

rsp777 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any obligation on rsp777 to provide Services to any individual.

Account Verification (KYC)

rsp777 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be triggered at any time at rsp777's discretion.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

rsp777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Funds will not be forfeited during a pending KYC review, provided the Player cooperates with document requests in a timely manner. rsp777 targets a KYC review completion time of five (5) business days upon receipt of all required documentation.

Where a Player fails to provide requested KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of the initial request, rsp777 may, at its discretion, close the Account and return uncontested deposits to the original payment source after deducting any applicable administrative processing costs.

Deposits & Withdrawals

rsp777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast instant transfers, 1LINK interbank transfers, and designated Over The Counter (OTC) cash agents. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

All transactions on rsp777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. rsp777 does not charge platform-side deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside rsp777's control.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your rsp777 Account within seconds to two minutes. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.

Withdrawal Processing: rsp777 targets withdrawal processing within twenty (20) minutes for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; rsp777 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

rsp777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

rsp777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all rsp777 bonuses unless a specific promotion's Terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and over only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless rsp777 explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds expire upon the deadline and are forfeited.
• rsp777 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• The maximum bet permitted while completing a wagering requirement is PKR 1,000 per spin or hand unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to rsp777 support immediately. rsp777 reserves the right to reclaim incorrectly credited bonuses at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of low-risk betting strategies, matched betting techniques, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

rsp777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of any change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on rsp777 — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and instant win titles — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real Funds.

rsp777 sports betting is governed by the following general principles:

• All bets are accepted at rsp777's discretion. rsp777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice.
• Bets accepted in error (e.g., at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure) are void and will be refunded.
• In-play bets are subject to the data received from rsp777's live data providers. Delays in data transmission may affect in-play bet acceptance times.
• rsp777 follows internationally recognised sports betting rules for the settlement of PSL, international cricket, UFC, kabaddi, and other markets. Specific settlement rules are available in the sports betting help section.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or results in a void match, rsp777's standard settlement procedure will apply as published in the sports betting rules section.

All gaming outcomes on rsp777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP percentages for all slot titles are published within the respective game information panels. rsp777 does not manipulate or alter gaming outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rsp777 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration, verification, or payment process
• Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity
• Using another person's Account or payment method without explicit, verifiable authorisation
• Any form of collusion with other players in table or card games to gain an unfair advantage
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or mechanical devices to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed
• Engaging in any money laundering activity or using rsp777 as a mechanism to transfer or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after receiving Services from rsp777
• Attempting to access rsp777 systems, databases, or servers without authorisation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rsp777 staff members through any communication channel

rsp777 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, rsp777 reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: Players may close their rsp777 Account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. rsp777 will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations.

rsp777-Initiated Suspension: rsp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or failure to maintain a positive Account balance over an extended period of inactivity (exceeding 12 consecutive months).

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request self-exclusion through rsp777's Responsible Gaming tools will have their Account closed or restricted in accordance with the terms of the self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. See Section 13 and the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rsp777 Platform — including but not limited to the rsp777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rsp777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any rsp777 content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any part of the Platform
• Using rsp777 trademarks or branding materials in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content or data from the Platform by automated means

All third-party game titles available on rsp777 remain the intellectual property of their respective game studios and developers. rsp777 operates these games under valid licensing agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rsp777 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profit, data, or goodwill arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Platform or any of the Services
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or any other reason
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the Platform
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Any force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disaster, telecommunications network failures, or governmental actions

rsp777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player into their rsp777 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rsp777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

rsp777 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rsp777 collects personal information for the following purposes: account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of customer support. rsp777 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Player data may be shared with: licensed KYC verification service providers, payment processing partners (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa), fraud detection and anti-money laundering service providers, regulatory authorities where required by law, and rsp777 group companies where relevant to the delivery of Services.

Responsible Gaming

rsp777 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders and can be activated through the Account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum permitted losses over a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at defined intervals displaying your current session duration and net gaming position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from rsp777. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

rsp777 operates a formal two-stage complaints process. All complaints should be submitted in writing to the rsp777 support team in the first instance, with sufficient detail to enable the complaint to be investigated (including the Account username, relevant dates, and a clear description of the issue).

Stage 1 — Internal Resolution: rsp777 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a full resolution within fourteen (14) calendar days. Complex complaints involving financial transactions or potential fraud may take longer; Players will be kept informed of progress at regular intervals.

Stage 2 — Escalation: Where a Player remains unsatisfied following the Stage 1 resolution, the complaint may be escalated to rsp777's licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure established under rsp777's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from rsp777 support on request.

During any open dispute, rsp777 will maintain the Account in an accessible state and will not close the Account or distribute disputed funds until the dispute is resolved, except where rsp777 is required by law or regulatory direction to take a different course of action.

Amendments to These Terms

rsp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes that affect Player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or data processing practices — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any term) may be made at any time without prior notice.

The date of last update is shown at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the rsp777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsp777 is licensed to operate.

Players accessing rsp777 from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their local jurisdiction. rsp777 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in every location from which the Platform may be accessed.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
